  1. Food Items: Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on food items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective food item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  2. Kitchen Tools and Appliances: We accept returns on unused kitchen tools and appliances within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

How to Request a Refund

  4. Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
